All photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, drone imagery, and other visual media created by Silver Maple Imaging remain the copyrighted property of Silver Maple Imaging unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

A limited, non-transferable license is granted to the client (the listing agent, broker, or property owner who purchased the service) for marketing and promotion of the specific property for which the media was created. This license includes use on MLS listings, real estate websites, social media, printed marketing materials, and related advertising associated with the sale or lease of that property.

Media may not be sold, transferred, shared, reused, or provided to another agent, broker, homeowner, builder, contractor, stager, or third party without prior written permission from Silver Maple Imaging. Any reuse of media for future listings, commercial purposes, or marketing unrelated to the original property transaction may require an additional licensing fee.

Silver Maple Imaging reserves the right to use created media for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
